To make things easy, we offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.
In compliance with consumer protection standards, if your product is defective, misrepresented, or arrives significantly later than promised, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We do not charge cancellation fees for orders cancelled before they are shipped, ensuring you have the flexibility you need.
